Icon Integrated Services
started its
operation in 1988 (formerly known as
Icon Marketing Pvt. Ltd.,
Jaipur) as an Authorized Reseller of
Apple Computers and
achieved to be the
Best Reseller for three consecutive years
from 94-96. It was these work ethics that brought us closer to
IBM as their Business Partner in the year 1996. Today we have
one of the largest installed base of IBM products in state of
Rajasthan. We were
awarded best Non-Metro Business Partner and
Best Server Partner by IBM in 2003 & 2004. We were
awarded Best
Non Metro Partner for Lenovo in Oct 2005. We are also IBM’s
Authorized Warranty Service Provider and HCL service point. Our
product range includes
IBM, HCL, Microsoft, Lotus, D-link
etc.The company is run by
Mr.Gaurav Hajela and
Mr.Rajeev Mathur
in Partnership. The technical qualification of engineers varies
from B.E Electronics to certifications (RHCE, CCNA, MSCE) etc.
Some of the engineers are IBM T3 certified and were also awarded
by IBM for their performance. The entire support force is having
mobiles, complete tool kit, anti-static wrist band and proper
driver and utilities CD. Further the support department is also
having a call-coordinator whose role is to depute and follow up
the calls and send the report to vendor (currently IBM & HCL).
ICON currently
have 4 divisions:
Service centre for IBM, HCL & Toshiba.
Training & Testing center with authorization from Redhat.
System integration with Cisco, Linksys, Microsoft, Redhat.
